Wildcat Creek Restoration Action Plan

The Wildcat Creek Restoration Action Plan (WRAP) recommends strategies and actions to support management decisions for lower Wildcat Creek within its urban reaches through the City of San Pablo. The recommendations are based on a watershed assessment with a focus on nine reaches along Wildcat Creek's alluvial plain. The plan's multi-functional objectives aim to reduce flood risk for neighborhoods, improve riparian habitat for wildlife, and develop recreational resources along the creek for residents. The plan was adopted by the City of San Pablo on August 3, 2010.
