UCC's restoration projects are grant-funded, but we depend on donations and foundation grants for outreach, education, and advocacy activities. Attending hearings to defend creeks and riparian corridors, responding to chloramine spills, meeting with officials to create better watershed management practices and policies- all these activities are necessary for the health of our creeks and watersheds, but there are limited funds to support this work.
